I am a bit pissed off (now there's a change). I consider myself a fairly independant type and I realise I am responsible for my own life and happiness and all that jazz. But at what point does this give organisations and/or individuals to completely absolve themselves of any responsibility for their own standards of behaviour and the effect it has on others? I have had a rather distressing and unpleasant work incident in which some deeply unprofessional behaviour was shown by very senior people (so what's new). Apparently this was okay. I am, allegedly, showing a lack of resiliance and generally taking it too seriously.
Pardon me for thinking that organisations should encourage and even enforce standardsa of behaviour among their employees
Pardon me for thinking that subjective, generalised, non evidence based comments about staff are not appropriate
Pardon me for being upset
Pardon me for actually wasting your time by having the gaul to raise this as an issue.
Pardon fucking me.
Any one want to employ an opinionated cow quite probably soon to become unemployed?
